Stock
We keep a large inventory of clocks on hand and under normal circumstances will ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. If your item is not in stock will we notify you via email.


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. If you are not happy with a product we will refund your money (less s/h charges &/or sales tax) within 20 days of purchase.

Please call or e-mail for authorization. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Shipping
U.S. orders are shipped via UPS and applicable freight and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Normal shipment is UPS Ground transportation.

All air shipments in before 12pm EST will be shipped same day. All those after 12pm EST will be shipped out the next business day.

Incorrectly ordered items
Items can be returned for intended item; customer must agree to pay return shipping & intended items shipment sent as replacements. Customer will be held responsible for original packaging and material used to insure safe & proper shipping back to Get Clocked.


Cancellation of Order
Orders must be cancelled with 24 hours. After that, the customer is charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Foreign orders
Please e-mail us for shipping charges. Include shipping country and/or zip code along with item inquiry. Please note that shipping UPS will be shipped via air and thus be more expensive. We usually ship via USPS Global EMS which will arrive 3-5 days guaranteed.


A 5% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Maine.
